WebMail provides the spell check option to check spelling errors in your message.
To spell check the message you composed, perform the following steps:
Click the spell check icon in the Write tab toolbar.
All the words that have incorrect spellings are highlighted. The Spell Check dialog is displayed with all the misspelled words and suggestions.
You can perform the following actions on the incorrect words from the dialog displayed:
Select the correct spelling from the list of suggested words (if available) based on the highlighted word.
Replace: To replace the misspelled word with the new word that is selected.
Replace All: To replace the misspelled word in all the occurrences.
Ignore: To ignore the suggestions.
Ignore All: To ignore all occurrences of this word throughout the message.
Cancel: To return to compose mail tab.
Send: To send the mail.
