To view all invitations in your calendar, follow these steps:
Click on the Invitations button on the calendar toolbar.
Select the a view in which you want to see the invitation.
Select a view by clicking on any of the following icons:
Day
Week
Next 7
Month
All Invitations available in the selected view are displayed.
To filter on any of the invitation responses above, click on the appropriate option. For example, to view only accepted invitations, click on the Accepted icon. By default, all invitations are listed.
The filtered options are arranged in a three column format:
In the first column, you see the date, start time and end time of the event.
A link to View Event Details is also available to view all attributes of the event.
In the second column, the following attributes about the event is displayed: Title, Organizer's Email Address, Description of the Event, and Location.
In the third column, you will see your response to the invitation. Depending on your response, you will see the following status:
You accepted this invitation
You declined this invitation
You said “May be” to this invitation
If you have not responded to the invitation, you will be asked if you want to attend this event by a question Can you attend? This will be followed by three options including Yes, No, or May be.
For events that you have responded to, you can change the status by clicking on the Change response? link. Additionally, you can place your events into the calendars of your choice.
