Invitations

To view events in the Invitations view:

1. Tap Invitations button from the Calendar toolbar.

2. Tap on the options on the right hand side of the panel to filter your invitations:

   The following options are available:

   • Day: The invitations for the current day are displayed. At the right hand side you can navigate to the next or previous days by tapping on the arrow buttons provided.

   • Week: The invitations for the current week are displayed. Use the arrow buttons to navigate to the next or previous weeks.

   • Next 7: The invitations for the next seven days are displayed. Use the arrow buttons to navigate to the next of previous seven days.

   • Month: The invitations for the current month are displayed. Use the arrow buttons to navigate to the next or previous months.

3. You can display invitations in the following criteria, by tapping the corresponding buttons. For each view, the number of invitations under that category is displayed in parenthesis.

   • All: Displays all invitations.

   • Open: Displays the upcoming tasks.

   • Accepted: Displays all accepted invitations.

   • Declined: Displays all declined invitations.

   • Maybe: Displays the invitations for which you have set attendance as Maybe.

   • Sent: Displays all invitations that you sent.
